A world filled with love is what everyone wants. Therefore, in my opinion, “paying it forward” is very necessary.

First, “paying it forward” is really good for our physical and mental health. Research shows that acts of kindness are linked to increased feelings of well-being. There is some evidence to suggest that when we help others, it can promote changes in the brain that are linked with happiness. When we give our love to someone, we also feel happy and reduce levels of anxiety.

In addition, acts of kindness will also create a sense of belonging and reduce isolation. Helping others is thought to be one of the ways that people create, maintain, and strengthen their social connections. For example, volunteering and helping others can help us feel a sense of belonging, make new friends, and connect with our communities.

Moreover, the most important perspective of “paying it forward” is making the world a happier place for everyone. They can boost feelings of confidence, being in control, happiness and optimism. They may also encourage others to repeat the good deeds they’ve experienced themselves – contributing to a more positive community.

To sum up, “paying it forward” is important for our world and for ourselves. There are a lot of ways for you to be kind. The more you do for others, the more you do for yourself. So, we should do many good deeds.

(Một thế giới ngập tràn yêu thương là điều ai cũng mong muốn. Vì vậy, theo tôi, việc “cho đi để tiếp tục” là rất cần thiết.

Thứ nhất, “cho đi để tiếp tục thực sự tốt cho sức khỏe thể chất và tinh thần của chúng ta. Nghiên cứu cho thấy rằng những hành động tử tế có liên quan đến việc gia tăng cảm giác hạnh phúc. Có một số bằng chứng cho thấy rằng khi chúng ta giúp đỡ người khác, nó có thể thúc đẩy những thay đổi trong não có liên quan đến hạnh phúc. Khi dành tình cảm cho ai đó, chúng ta cũng cảm thấy hạnh phúc và giảm mức độ lo lắng.

Tóm lại, “cho đi để tiếp tục” rất quan trọng đối với thế giới của chúng ta và đối với chính chúng ta. Có rất nhiều cách để bạn tử tế. Bạn càng làm nhiều cho người khác, bạn càng làm được nhiều cho chính mình. Vì vậy, chúng ta nên làm nhiều việc tốt.)
