One of the outstanding features of the Thai people is the culinary culture.  The Thai people prefer the rich, nutritious flavor of grilled dishes.  The dish of buffalo meat, fish, and grilled chicken is very sophisticatedly marinated and marinated by Thai people.  The seasoning for marinating is wild pepper, also known as "mac Khen", chili, garlic, ginger, salt... Before being marinated with meat, the spices are also grilled until cooked, giving off a fragrant aroma.  In the tray of Thai rice, there are many dishes, each with its own unique flavor.  All meats, poultry, and seafood can be grilled. Grilled food is the specialty of Thai people.

Trong mâm cơm của người Thái có rất nhiều món, mỗi món lại mang một hương vị đặc trưng riêng. Tất cả các loại thịt, gia cầm và hải sản đều có thể nướng được. Đồ nướng là đặc sản của người Thái.
