Welcome everyone to another episode of our podcast, where we learn about the life of teenagers in different parts of the world. Today we’re going to talk about Britain.

School life:

School British teenagers spend most of their time at school. At the age of sixteen, most students take their first important exams. They have to study at least five subjects to prepare for the exams. This means students need to spend 2 or 3 hours on homework after school.

School uniforms:

Visit almost any school in Britain and the first thing you'll notice is the school uniform. People can tell what school a student goes to thanks to the uniform he or she is wearing. In London, there are many cases of bullying and fighting between students from different schools.

Free time:

Music is the number one interest for British teens. But they certainly don't like all the same music! Rock, Hip-hop, Blues, and EDM are all popular. Teenagers love going out, too. They often get together to do the things they like, such as singing, making music, or just getting something to eat.
